3. After that, the payment page.

You can pay by debit or credit card.

4. After that, the welcome email.

This asks you to upload a scan or photo of your driving licence or passport, and a scan of a utility bill or bank statement, or tenancy agreement, or similar, from the forwarding address; the address you want us to post your letters to.

Local authorities require us to 'know our customer'. It helps stop a certain amount of illicit use of our address.

We then reply with the complete address, which you can proceed to use.
