Companies House are making changes to their fees, which will impact all new and existing companies. 

*Companies House is a UK government body responsible for registering and incorporating companies. It keeps a public register of all limited companies in the UK.

New Fee Structure

From the 1st of May 2024, Companies House will implement new fees for various services crucial to your business needs.

The services below are a few that will be affected:

Company Formation: Was £10, now £50.

Confirmation Statement: Was £13, now £34.

Voluntary Strike-off: Was £10, now £33.

While these fee increases are substantial, we aim to adjust our charges for these services only to the extent necessary to cover the increased costs we are facing.

Customers who have enabled the Confirmation Statement auto-renewal setting will receive an email with the new fees. These fees will also be accessible through your dashboard.
