Address Affiliate Program
The agreement below details the terms and conditions for enrolment
in the Registered Address affiliate program.
The terms "Affiliate", "you" and "your"
refer to you, the applicant. "We" and "our"
refer to Registered Address. We are and will remain independent
parties; this agreement will not form any partnership.
Duration
This is a monthly agreement and will commence once your affiliate application has been accepted by Registered Address. Registered Address agrees to perpetually renew this agreement on a monthly cycle provided that Affiliates abide by all the terms specified in this agreement.
Changes
Registered Address may make changes to the terms on this agreement at any time. The changes may include, but are not limited to, changes in referral fees, fee schedules, payment procedures and program rules. If you find any of the changes unacceptable, you must terminate this Agreement by writing to us. The changes will be updated on our website and you will also be notified of any changes by email. If you continue to participate in the program following the change, it will be considered that you have accepted the changes.
Commission
You will receive the following commissions from Registered Address
as there are three ways of earning your commission:
1. You may offer your clients our details and they can go to
our website and sign up. They should quote your affiliate quote
on the registration form.
10% Commission will be paid to you.
10% Cash back will be offered to your clients.
2. A 15% commission will be paid to you on every sale, no matter
how big or small, if you process your clients’ details
and make payment for the services yourself. (You can either
take payment from your client first or you can invoice them
later. But, payment must be made to us via the online registration
form.)
And/ Or
3. You may email us a list of potential leads with name and
numbers whom we will contact on your behalf. The commission
rate operates on a sliding scale. The more clients that register
with us the more will be the rate of commission, up to a maximum
of 20%.
Register 1 client per month, you get 10%.
Register 2-3 clients per month, you get 15%.
Register 4+ clients per month, you get 20%.
Please Note: Commission will not be applied
to the very first account of the affiliate.
However, commission can be claimed for all subsequent accounts
at the rate of 15%.

Commission can only be earned between the acceptance of the
Affiliate application and notice of termination. Fees will
be paid by Registered Address. Any returned cheques, chargebacks
or fees from a returned order will be adjusted in the next
fee payment.
We will send you a monthly report informing you of the calls
we made on your behalf, and all the commission earned.
Payment
Payments are made monthly and the minimum payment will be
£120. If your commission in a month is less than £120,
the amount outstanding will be carried forward and included
in the payment for the following pay period.
Liability
Registered Address will not be liable for any indirect damages,
loss of revenue, profits or data arising, in connection with
the Agreement of the Program, even if we have been informed
of the possibility of such damages.
Processing Orders
It is the responsibility of Registered Address to process
every order placed by a customer on our site. Customers who
purchase products through the Affiliate Program will be customers
of Registered Address. Additionally, we reserve the right
to reject any order that does not comply with our terms and
conditions.
Restrictions
Business/ companies/ individual that do not qualify for the
Affiliate Program include, but are not limited to:
Pornographic and sexually explicit content, violent content,
discrimination content based on race, sex, religion, nationality
or disability, content promoting illegal/ immoral activities,
content violating intellectual property rights.
Unsolicited Emailing
All Affiliates are expected to refrain from publicising our
site through participation in any mass unsolicited
emailing (spam). Any violation of this policy will result
in the Affiliate being immediately dismissed from the Registered
Address Affiliate Plan with all unpaid commissions being forfeited.
Disclaimer
Registered Address does not express or imply any warranties
or representations in respect of the Affiliate Plan or an
Affiliate's potential to earn income from our Plan. We make
no representation that either our site or that of the Affiliate
Plan will be uninterrupted or error-free and we will not
be liable for any consequences of interruptions such as postal
strikes, website down time etc.
