Description of Service
We provide three types of services.
Service 1: Registered Office Address
This is an ideal address for an UK registered Limited Company
or Limited Liability Partnership. This address will allow our
address to be recorded at Companies House, and we will forward
the following types of mail:
- Companies House
- Inland Revenue and Customs and Excise
If you want other forwarding services, you must upgrade your
account or the mail will be returned to sender.
Service 2: Business Address (Pro)
This service covers all items of trade mail except letters
from Companies House or Inland Revenue subject to the following
conditions.
i. This is for light service only and forwards up to 75 mail
units per year. For greater forwarding limits, see Extra
Trade Mail Allowance.
ii. If you do go over the limit, you will be billed the amount
of excess. Needs in excess of 10,000 letters may be declined,
however, as this exceeds our service capacity.
iii. This service does not include forwarding of parcels. See term no. 9 if you require a parcel forwarding service.
Only letters are forwarded FREE OF CHARGE
in unmarked envelopes. See Royal Mail Guidelines
for dimensions requirements (letters and large letters).
iv. We reserve the right to refuse forwarding items weighing
in excess of 750 grams or whose size is over 353 mm by 250 mm
by 25mm.
v. Our postal address should not be used for the delivery of
goods for your company. These goods will be returned to sender
and can not be collected in person.
vi. Self- collection service not available.
Service 3: Business Address (Lite)
This service only allows use of our address, and forwarding
of upto 5 items of mail FREE of charge. The size, shape and
weight of the letters must comply with the description listed
above.
If you receive any extra items of mail and you wish these to
be forwarded then you must take up either Service 1 and/or
2.
2. Fees
a. All fees are payable annually in advance as indicated on
the Registration Options page.
b. Our prices are fixed and are reviewed annually.
c. New registration fees apply if you change to an overseas
address from an UK address. Please notify us of the new address.
3. How our Addresses can be used
If you've purchased the Business Address (Pro), you
can use these on websites, business cards, letter heads, contact
address, general correspondence, trade marks and patents. E-mail
us for questions on other uses.
If you have only paid for a Registered Office Address
service then you can only use the address as defined in point
(1).
Your mail is identified in the following format:
Your company name, International House
It is important that you use the wording INTERNATIONAL
HOUSE, so your mail arrives at the desired destination.
4. How our addresses may not be used
This is only a business address for receiving mail, and is
not to be used to conduct business.
5. Telephone numbers at our address
If you require a London telephone number, please select that
option during registration.
Do not use our company number as your own.
6. Cancellation of Service by Us
I. Circumstances when no refund will be given
a. We reserve the right to cancel your service immediately
without a refund if terms and conditions are not followed.
b. We reserve the right to cancel the service if we do not
receive a reply within 14 days.
c. We may inform law enforcement agencies if we suspect our
address is being used for any illegal or immoral activity. We
will immediately suspend the service, send you an email, and
will give a deadline to contact us to avoid cancellation.
II. Circumstances when we will give refund
We reserve the right to cancel the service at any time. However,
we will give at least 28 days notice, when possible, and refund
in full any remaining unused days of the annual fee if paid
in advance. The method of refund is at our discretion and any
bank charges incurred by us will be deducted from the amount
being refunded.
III. Cancellation of Registered Office Address
service by us
We reserve the right to amend Companies House records to show
the address we are forwarding to as the new registered office
address for your company if you fail to provide an alternative
registered address within 7 days of cancellation.
Any mail received after a service has been cancelled will either
be discarded or returned to the sender.
6. Bank accounts.
Registered Address Limited does not guarantee the provision of a bank account to its customers. The acquisition of a bank account is subject to our partner bank’s acceptance criteria, which may include, but are not limited to, credit and background checks. The bank decides who it will and will not take on as a customer.

7. Meeting Rooms.
The provision of a meeting room at any time, to our clients, is subject to availability. Please contact support to determine this.
8. Cancellation by you
If you wish to cancel the service, you must contact us by letter
or e-mail. Any outstanding fees must be paid prior to cancellation.
You must also make alternative arrangements for your mail services.
If cancelling a registered office address service you must first
notify Companies House of your new address.
9. Refunds
a. Registered Office Address & Director's Service
Address
The Registered Office Address & Director's Service Address
fee is non-refundable if the address has been used to register
one's company or service address.
b. Business Address, Scan & Email,
Meeting Room Service
As stated in point 6, we will refund full remaining months.
There is a 1 month admin fee, at regular rates, for cancellation.
Any bank charges incurred must be paid by the client. Please
note: No mail will be forwarded after the cancellation date.
c. UK Company Formation & Paperwork, London
Phone Number Setup*, Printed Hard Copies, Virtual Receptionist*
These fees are non-refundable unless Registered Address Limited
was not able to provide any of these services. (*one month notice
is required for these services)
10. Parcels
Any parcels we receive will be forwarded to you at a cost
of £5 admin per item + postage. Customers wishing to use
this service must maintain a balance of at least £20 in
their account. You can make a deposit of £30, £50
or £100 (+VAT) depending on your needs. We will refund
any remaining balance if you close your account.

11. Renewal of Services
These services are renewable on an annual basis at our discretion.
We reserve the right to deny renewal of service after each 12
month period.
When an account expires we will hold customers' mail for up
to 28 days pending renewal before we return mail back to the
sender or discard them.
If the customer has any mail allowance left over and renews his services, the mail allowance credit will carry over to the next year.
12. Upgrades
When a client has purchased Business Address Lite and uses up his 5 free mail forwards allowance, he will need to upgrade to Business Address Pro before he can add the 100 or 250 extra mail allowances.
The extra mail allowances are an addition to, not a substitute for, the Business Address services.
13. Money Back Guarantee
'If you find our mail forwarding service offered cheaper
anywhere else, we will refund you the difference!' Just
email us with the details of the website or company who is providing
the same service for less.
14. Identifying yourself to us & other documentary papers
In order to receive our services you will be asked to provide
us with a copy of the following forms of identification:
- Copy of Driving license or passport
- Copy of any utility bill that has your name and address on
it
We require proof of your identity and proof that you have lawful access to the forwarding address, before forwarding any mail. This is a legal requirement in the United Kingdom. Such proofs can be sent to us by email, fax or letter. In the absence of such proofs we may hold and retain your mail, for a limited time period, at our discretion, until such proofs are supplied and subsequently, if said proofs are not forthcoming, return said mail to sender. We will not be liable for any loss, harm or consequence suffered by you or a third party as a result of this procedure. (See section 13.)
In certain instances, we may ask for the original documents
to confirm and verify details that you have provided us as well as company documents. Failure
to provide such documents within 7 days of our request could
result in immediate termination of service without notice or
refund. You must inform us immediately in writing or via email
of any changes to your contact details and business scope.
15. Indemnity
Due to the type of service we provide, any compensation claim
shall be limited to one month's service (one twelfth of
the annual fee). We do not accept any liability for lost, stolen, damaged, late or otherwise misdirected or mishandled items of mail. We cannot accept any compensation claim that
is the result of consequential loss to your business. By accepting
these terms, you fully agree to indemnify us from any such claim.
You also agree to fully indemnify us from any claim, for whatever
reason, from a third party and that any such claim will be handled
solely and completely between yourself and the third party.

These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
