1. What are the main services you provide?
I: Registered Office Address
If you are starting a company then you will need an office
address before you register the company with CompaniesHouse.gov.uk.
Companies House guidelines stipulates that this cannot be your
home unless you have permission from your local authority to
use your home address for business purpose.
Save money and pay a low annual fee for a virtual office instead
of renting an office.
Are you a start-up business? Are you changing registered office
providers, or want a separate Registered Office? Purchase an
address from us to register your company with Companies House.
Our addresses look professional, unlike some competitors. We
never use postal numbers, or floor numbers—only full addresses.
All new Registered Office Address customers will receive an
unlimited number of official government letters forwarded to
you FREE OF CHARGE, with first class postage.
II: Business Address (Pro)
You can use any of our addresses to register your business
whether or not you are a company or a sole trader.
Choose this option if:
- Your business plans to grow, and your clients want to
see a real address
- You are an entrepreneur who has not yet incorporated
into a company.

Advantages of this option are:
- It allows use of our address for most trade mail purposes.
- You can have 75 items of trade mail forwarded FREE OF
CHARGE
- For a slight extra charge you can add more trade mail
during registration (100, 250, 500, or 1,000)
- 20% discounts is available for 2 year sign-ups.

III: Business Address (Lite)
Using a real business address re-assures clients that you are
a legitimate business they can trust, even if you are a virtual
company. A London address lends an especially prestigious flair.
You can have your business appear on Google map search results
if you have a real address. And many other online businesses,
including Paypal &Verisign want to see a link to the offline
world- not PO boxes.
If you are a virtual on-line business who conducts a lot of
your business on the web, and hardly expecting any mail (at
least for a while), then this option is ideal for you.
We will forward 5 business letters within 1 year, with this service.
When a client has purchased Business Address Lite and uses up his 5 free mail forwards allowance, he will need to upgrade to Business Address Pro before he can add the 100 or 250 extra mail allowances.
The extra mail allowances are an addition to, not a substitute for, the Business Address services.

How long does it take to register?
Registration is instant. However, we may decline applications
due to non-compliance with our terms.
3. What is FREE mail forward?
If you choose our Registered Office
Address option, we forward an unlimited item of mail from
Companies House or Inland Revenue, or if you choose our Business
Address (Pro) option, we will forward up to 75 items of
mail to you yearly - FREE – anywhere in the world!

If the customer has any mail allowance left over and renews his services, the mail allowance credit will carry over to the next year. Increase this amount on the Registration
Options page.

* We do not allow change of Company name if the company has already used our addresses as their Registered Office Address with Companies House.
4. Could I receive parcels?
Yes, but only at the Bow address. Please let us know if you're expecting any parcels. There's an admin fee of £5 per item, plus the postage cost, which would be invoiced to you.

6. How will my address look?

7. How often do you forward letters?
We forward letters every day, Monday to Friday.
8. Do I need a customised mail forwarding service?
All customers are provided with a custom
mail address package - especially if you have more than one
business. Contact us and discuss your
specific needs.
9. Could I come to your office to pick up my mail?
Unfortunately we don`t allow letters or parcles to be picked up in person. In fact, there is no need to come to us as all mail is
forwarded to you FREE, saving you time and money on travel.
10. How do I prove that I live at the mail forwarding address
that I provide?
If you are a new client, please send:
- Proof of your address, such as a utility bill
- A photo ID, such as a passport or driving license
