1000. With our Business Address (Pro) option you already get 75
letters forwarded, included.
UK Company Formation
Registering & incorporating a company yourself with Companies House could be a real burden and costly, why not let us take care of the headache. For just £14.99 + VAT, we'll send you your company incorporation certificate, Articles of Association, Memorandum and share certificates within 48 hours (sometimes on the same day!).
Printed Hard Copies
We post you printed copies of your company formation documents, such as your Share Certificate and Memorandum.
Director's Service Address
You need to give Companies House a service address for directors. Use ours. This helps
safeguard you from nuisance enquiries and protects your privacy.
Scan And Email Service
We scan the contents of your letters and email the resulting scans
to you, as attached pdf files. This service is especially useful
for clients who live outside the UK. We then forward the actual letters to you via Royal Mail.

Parcel Forwarding Service
You may regularly get sent parcels or just the occasional one.
We can forward them to you. It just costs a little bit extra, to cover admin and postage.
Business Bank Account
We can help you get a business bank account. Please note the issuing bank will do standard credit checks.
Meeting Room Service (coming soon)
You can meet your clients at the same address as your virtual office. This makes you look much more substantial.
Virtual Telephone & Virtual Receptionist Service
You can get an 0207, 0845, 0800... telephone number pointed to your home phone or mobile number in UK or abroad. These numbers can be taken with a Virtual Receptionist service so that when your customers call you on that number a live person can answer the call in your company name, take down a message and email that to you.
